The free height of a tower crane refers to the maximum height it can be installed without supporting a wall. The independent height refers to the maximum installable height without supporting the wall. The free height of tower cranes of different models and specifications varies. For example, the free height of a small 40 tower is about 30 meters, the free height of a 63 to 80 tower is generally around 45 meters, the free height of a 125 tower is around 47 to 50 meters, and the free height of a large tower crane can even reach 100 meters.
